why I chose it
The KOVE 450 Rally has shifted a lot of things in the rally-raid world, and that's why I adopted it. This isn't some touring bike patched up for the desert: it's a real rally machine, built that way from the ground up: riding position, nav tower, suspension travel, toughness. KOVE Racing.
What I love on the ground is the range. With three tanks, around thirty liters, she eats up long stages far from anywhere without me spending my time hunting for fuel. And servicing stays reasonable, which really matters when you're in the middle of nowhere. The full page on the bike.
The best trade-off is that she puts a beginner at ease while still holding up for an experienced rider. Light, enduring, straight out of competition. For me, this is the ideal machine to live rally-raid without breaking the bank or sacrificing the ride.
