2. What we organise

CDM Motorsport organises off-road motorcycle raids in Morocco, riding a KOVE 450 Rally, with on-site guidance, logistics and assistance.

3. What is included — and what is not

Included: everything stated in the contract, the programme or the descriptive sheet of each raid.

Not included, in particular:

• Flight ticket
• Fuel (except the first full tank at the start of the raid)
• Drinks not included with meals and any alcoholic beverages
• Optional activities, taxes, administrative fees
• Vaccines, passport, visa
• Insurance (third-party liability, repatriation, etc.)

Parts and bike repairs:

• Normal wear and tear and breakdowns unrelated to the client's behaviour are covered by CDM Motorsport.
• Damage caused by improper use by the client is the client's sole responsibility and is covered by the security deposit (see article 6).

4. Conditions of participation

To take part, the client must:

• Hold a valid international driving licence appropriate to the KOVE 450 Rally category.
• Be in good physical and mental condition, compatible with the practice of off-road motorcycling.
• Have complete personal protective equipment in good condition: helmet, gloves, off-road boots, back protector, chest protection. CDM Motorsport does not provide any protective equipment.
• Hold the required insurance (see article 8).
• Hold a passport valid for at least 6 months from the day of the client's arrival in Morocco.

5. Registration and booking

Registration is confirmed only upon simultaneous receipt of:

• Written acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (via (i) signature of the contract and (ii) the liability waiver);
• Payment of the 30% deposit (unless specific conditions apply);
• The following documents, in PDF, to be sent to info@cdmmotorsport.com:
  • Proof of third-party liability (civil liability) insurance
  • Proof of repatriation insurance
  • International driving licence
  • Proof of payment of the deposit

No place is reserved until all four of these items have been received.

6. Price and security deposit

6.1 Price

Prices include VAT and are set based on the economic conditions at the time of booking. CDM Motorsport reserves the right to pass on any cost variation above 5% (e.g. exchange rate, transport). No price revision is possible within 30 days before departure.

6.2 Security deposit

To cover any damage caused by improper use of the motorcycle, the client pays a security deposit of 1,000 EUR no later than 7 days before the start of the raid, to account BE60 7420 6026 9670.

• If no damage is found: the security deposit is refunded in full by bank transfer within 7 days after the end of the raid.
• In the event of damage attributable to the client: the costs are deducted from the security deposit.

7. Payment and balance

Please note: if the balance is not received on time, the client is deemed to have cancelled their participation, with no refund of the deposit.

8. Mandatory insurance

Before departure, the client must provide proof of:

• A valid third-party liability (civil liability) insurance in Morocco;
• Medical assistance and repatriation insurance covering the practice of off-road motorcycling in Morocco.

These documents must be sent in PDF toinfo@cdmmotorsport.com before the start of the raid.

By way of example, the client may take out insurance with a specialised insurer such as Assure Ton Sport — axeosport.comor any other equivalent insurer.

CDM Motorsport does not cover any medical, rescue or repatriation costs on behalf of the client. All costs not covered by this insurance are the client's sole responsibility.

9. Cancellation

9.2 By CDM Motorsport (force majeure event)

In the event of an unforeseeable event beyond CDM Motorsport's control (war, pandemic, border closure, natural disaster, etc.), the sums paid are converted into a credit that may be used for a raid on a later date.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date, in accordance with applicable Belgian regulations.

10. Acceptance of risks

The practice of off-road motorcycle raids involves inherent risks: falls, injuries, difficult weather conditions, rough terrain, and in the most serious cases, death. The client is fully aware of these risks and accepts them by signing the liability waiver.

CDM Motorsport cannot be held liable for any accident, injury, death or material damage occurring during the raid, provided the client has been duly informed of these risks.

11. Conduct and local regulations

The client undertakes to:

• Comply with Moroccan traffic laws and all local regulations in force;
• Respect the environment, flora, fauna and local populations;
• Stay on authorised tracks;
• Behave responsibly and respectfully towards the group and third parties.

Any fine or legal action linked to an offence is the client's sole responsibility. CDM Motorsport bears no financial liability in this regard.

A client whose behaviour is dangerous or disrespectful may be immediately excluded from the raid, with no refund.

12. GPS navigation

GPS tracks provided by CDM Motorsport are indicative only. The client remains solely responsible for their riding, their speed and their adjustment to terrain conditions (dust, wadis, animals, other users). CDM Motorsport is not liable for falls or damage occurring during navigation.

13. Programme changes

CDM Motorsport reserves the right to modify the itinerary, stages or accommodation for safety or organisational reasons, without giving rise to any refund.

14. Image rights

Unless the client objects in writing, CDM Motorsport is authorised to use photos and videos taken during the raid for communication purposes, only if the client is not identifiable (helmet on, face not recognisable).

For any publication of images allowing the client to be identified (face without helmet, etc.), prior authorisation will be requested.

15. Personal data protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected at registration is used exclusively for:

• Managing registrations;
• Organising the raid;
• Safety requirements.

It is not shared with third parties, except where operationally necessary (local providers, insurers, authorities).

The client has the following rights: access, rectification, restriction, objection and erasure, to be exercised atinfo@cdmmotorsport.com.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute shall be brought before the competent Belgian courts.
